Microprocessor electronic wheel balancers for off-vehicle balancing of truck, bus, car and van wheels. A pneumatic lift, especially useful for loading heavy truck and bus wheels, is available as an optional. Innovative wheel spin system with controlled gradual speed, considerably reducing working times especially on heavy truck wheels. There are two separate operating ranges: one for trucks and buses and the second for car and van wheels.

Spin Shaft

Spin Shaft is a new patented design with two different balancing spin speeds. The slower speed is for truck and bus wheels and the faster is for car wheels. The shaft is driven by an electronically controlled soft-start dc motor. The drum brakes are air operated with dual controls so that the operator is entirely free to attach the weights.

Pneumatic Wheel Lift System

Lifts have been designed specifically to make the tireman''s work lighter. The optional wheel lift system, Corghi patent, is attached to the balancer. It uses a pneumatic lifting system to mount heavy tires (335 lbs.) on the spin shaft.
