Automatic Slack Adjuster Release Tool and Wrench No. KAS-4651 Automatic Slack Adjuster Release Tool and Wrench Automatic Slack Adjuster Release Tool and Wrench   These tools are used for adjusting Rockwell Automatic Slack Adjusters. The set consists of a forked-end tool to release the tensioner button, and a 5/16in. double square offset reversible wrench with E-Z Grip handle.   Features: Insert the release tool under the button of the pull-pawl to disengage the antireverse mechanism on the slack adjuster. (Spring tension of the pull-pawl will hold the tool in place.) Then use the wrench to adjust the brake to drum clearance. Comfortable, E-Z Grip, screwdriver-style handle allows user to apply more turning power with less pressure and fatigue to the hand.
